While I’m writing this post, I’m trying my best not to burst into a laugh so I’m just smiling like crazy while typing in front of my computer. This isn’t the first time I’ve been in this kind of situation because I usually don’t like ending my day without having a good laugh about everything.
There’s a saying that “laughter is the best medicine” which I totally agree with because even if we’re sick, when we laugh, we feel a little better. This is what we all need too in times like this where most of us are thinking and feeling so negatively. Some are being so hopeless that even smiling is too hard for us to do. However, we shouldn’t let our problems stop us from laughing or even just smiling.
I’ve mentioned that I don’t end my day without having a good laugh. That’s because I always find ways how to make myself happy even if the reason is just too small. Life is too precious to waste on crying and frowning every single day. It should be enjoyed and appreciated because it’s a gift that we have to give value to. I know that we can’t always avoid getting pissed off about something but let’s try our best to lighten up our mood by focusing on the positive sides.
I’m lucky to have a humorous family, friends and loved one because they’re the main reason why I laugh all the time. They always get me and I get them. Yet, like many of us, there are some days that we can’t do that. We also deal with some issues. But no matter how big or small it is, we make sure to end the day with a smile on our faces.
Making someone laugh can boost energy, strengthen relationships and even prevent us from getting stress and anxious. It has some kind of effect on us that can make us more relax, blessed and hopeful that things will be okay. There may be some days in our life that we feel so down and all we can think of is ask others to leave us alone. But the truth is, we need them to help us get through what we’re going through during tough times.
Sometimes, thinking about the little things can make us smile and laugh. They may be some people we care about, the blooming flowers and clear blue sky, the sound of the chirping birds. As well as the books we’re reading, the movie we’re watching are some of the simple yet can have an impact on how the way we see life.
Thank you so much for reading!
